Applying as a dependant spouse and child from outside the UK

Hello,
My husband who is working in the UK since 2007 on a Tier 1 general visa has obtained an ILR (settlement) in Feb 2013. We got married in June 2010 and I lived in the UK for 2 years till Dec 2012 on a Tier 1 general dependant visa after which i returned to India as I was expecting a baby. My visa expired in Feb 2013. I wish to return to UK with the baby to join my husband in September 2013.
I learnt from a friend that me and the baby could apply for a settlement visa dependant on my husband.
I would like to know what application form I ll need to fill in and what documents will be needed
