Hi,

I booked appointment.
called and paid 100 GBP.
was told will get letter confirming the payment of 100 GBP.

Nothing received
it's been 10 working days now.

Is that letter required?
it is showing in my account statement that 100 GBP taken?
is it mandatory to bring receipt of 100 GBP on the day of PEO interview?

Thanks

Thanks a lot!

But I wanted to know whether they do indeed send a receipt of 100 GBP in letter?

I got multiple email's confirming my appointment (same email which I received immediately after booking appointment) for 2-3 days after i paid 100 GBP..

I guess if you do not bring your receipt you will be charged for the booking fee again.

this is a joke!!!! I have never seen such a stupid payment system...They should charge 100 pounds and give a reference number there and then. That reference number should be used on the day of the appointment.

I did booked online last week and i was told i will get a letter from them stating my booking confirmation and 100 pound paid for booking.

Dont worry if you hadn't paid your booking would have been deactivated.
Check status of your booking.
