wow.. looks like our beloved UKBA has art of inventing new new terminologies. I'm not sure how this 'Re-tendering' excercise going to impact people who are on T1 (Gen) visa. Any ideas?

I'm guessing it means if you want to join in the migrant milking business and offer english test courses/facilities to the poor sods most of whom can already speak reasonably good English so their English is recognized by UKBA the time to submit a tender for the same will be soon.
