Hi,

Applying ILR based on Work permit and Tier 1 [G] stay using PEO appointment at Croydon and wondering if could get some advise on the doc list I will be carrying along:

** Including wife as dependant while excluding UK born child

Work Permit Stay
* Original Work Permit Letter
* Original FLR issue letter
* Payslips issued during work perimit stay
* Employer letter summarising the salary payments (this is I used to prove earnings when applying for Tier 1 (G) visa -hence 4 years old letter!

Tier 1 [G] Stay -4 years

* SET O form x1 (for me and dependant)
* Covering letter including important details (specially mistakenly child benefits claimed)

* 10 months payslips -I am excluding 2 months as was working as limited company and paid least salary which I did not transfer into my personal account from business account.

Months claimed:

June 12 to September 12
December 12 to May 13

* Banks statement to corroborate earnings
* 3 months bank statement to show maintenance funds
* Tier 1 (G) assessment from UKBA website
* Holiday letters from employers confirming my absences were during annual holidays
* HMRC employers history
* Qualification certificate that was used to claim qualification points
* Current employer letter confirming address, salary, etc
* LIUK test x2

Other documents

* Child Benefit HMRC letter stating that I have paid back the amount mistakenly claimed + Bank statement showing that direct debit has been made + direct debit claim letter from HMRC + other correspondence that I had with HMRC on this issue

* Random cohabitation docs covering last 2 years

Please advise.

Thanks.

unless you want to muddle up your application with unwanted docs
-maintenance funds not required for ILR
-employer letters for salary etc not required, never knew people have been getting employers letter to confirm addresses :lol:
-degree certificates not requierd

Thanks Manka.

I will leave these docs but will keep them aside just in case they are asked for!!

But does the rest of the list look ok? Specially earning months & Child Benefit bits?

Thanks.

havent been in such a situation so cant comment personally, there is a twist to your application so consult a good immigration lawyer irrespective of what others say on this forum

If the doubt you have is with regards to the 2 month period where you had no earnings (within the last 12 months prior to your application), then that will not be an issue, so long as you qualify with the necessary points without them.
