Passport in Home Office - Can I go for Premium Visa Service?

Hi

My passport is in Home Office, can I go for Premium visa service for different application?

Home Office retained my passport with the intention of removal after ILR refusal. But I appealed and the Tribunal allowed the appeal giving HO the choice to consider new application or reconsider the earlier case. So I want to go myself to Home Office discuss the possibilities, but the problem is I do not have passport. Can I still go for Premium Service coz Passport is with them and they can see the record and make the decision and wait passport to be collected from their centre for stamping? Probably it may not be possible, but if in case any of you have any experience on this?

Thanks.

Wait for the HO to tell you what they are going to do. They might set aside their old decision and grant you ILR.

Wait until you get the decision of your earlier case.

Many thanks for the response.

I could wait, but I have only 28 days to apply for new application out of date for extension of t1g.
