Had booked appointment before 6th April. So the 100£ fee was not charged. Appointment is still active.
Should I call them to pay or they can take the payment at the time of appointment?

you don't need to pay as you booked before 6th April.

Dear members,
I booked an appointment for 06-Aug-2013 (Set(O)) on 26-Jun-2013 and I received a confirmation e-mail saying as below.
Your appointment details are as follows:
Booking reference: X-X-XXXXXXXX
Date: Tue 06 Aug 2013
Time: <time which I chose>
Location: Croydon
Number of attendees (including yourself): 3
The appointment shows as "Active" in "My Account". I guess even in my case, I don't need to worry about 100£ and it will be taken when I visit PEO on 06th August. Please confirm
