Hi guys, I have a question to ask for this section.
I am now applying for ILR on a spous visa. My husband and I have a son respectively from our previous marriages, but both the sons are over 18. Can we just leave this section blank? Is it necessary for us to include our sons brief information in 3.9 ?
Thanks for your help.

I assume the children that are in the uk are settled/British. You don't need to include the details of non-dep children or British children but you can in 3.9 if you wish.

Many thanks D4109125 for your quick response. It is very impressive.
Since my spouse visa expires on July20, 2013, and I first entered UK on June 28, 2011. I have to deliver my ILR application this June, right?
As for my financial status, I am still a bit worried. My husband's work contract terminated at the end of last year, so he is hunting for a job. I am a housewife. Despite all these, we still can manage our living with some savings. Could you tell me whether my application will be affected on the old rule?
Your further help will be greatly appreciated.

You can apply from 28 days before your two year flr(m) period is complete.
How much savings? There is no financial requirement per se however you need to have adequate income. This will need be the income support amount for a couple around £112 per week, that's after you take away housing costs/rent.
