Thanks syed. Personal leaves are the leaves which anyone get paid/upaid. Also, there are absence which are due to official reasons. So, employer should mentioned whether the out of country travel was personal/official.

Cheers.

My ILR is due in Sep-2013.
I got married in Dec-2010, as my wife already got Tier 1 visa i didn''t changed her into my dependent until Dec-2011.
By sep-2013 she will be completing only 21 months but
as per new rule she need to be in dependent visa for 2 years (24 months)???

Is she eligible for ILR in Sep-2013 as my dependent???

please advise>>>>>

Thx..

She is eligible as her total stay will be taken in account I.e., tier 1 as well as dependant. Her current visa shld be dependant visa which is the case. So u both are fine.

Congratulations ifti786,

May I confirm your date of Entry to the UK & Entry Clearance Date please?

Did you apply 28 days before Entry to the UK or Entry Clearance Date?

Thanks.

Hi Tier1toILR,

I got the initial visa on April 22, 2008, entered UK May 30, 2008. In may extension I got the visa till May 30, 2013. For ILR, I applied 22 days before my visa expired.
