Hi,

I am on TIER 1 (General) and my ILR is due later this month. My wife joined me in UK IN October 2009 as TIER 1 (Dependant), My question is

Is she eligible to apply ILR with me in couple of weeks?

My understanding is 5 year dependant rule is applicable for those who applied after july 2012. Please correct me if I am not right.

Yes, your wife is eligible for ILR at the same time when you are. New rules are only applicable only when dependent has joined after 9th July 2012.
