ILR for T2 dependant from India

Hi,

Please can anyone respond to below query or point existing posts.

My visa was T2(ICT) 2009 and is T2(G) - switched in UK and I am eligible for ILR early2014.

My wife was T2(ICT) dependant and is T2(G) dependant, currently living with me for the past 3yrs.

Because of pregnancy we want her to go to India shortly and return with the baby a few months later. By the time she returns, I will have done my ILR.
Can I apply for her(and the newborn) ILR in India(she completing LIUK test in UK). This would mean I will go for ILR in UK first, and then their ILR few months later in India.

Is this possible or suggestible?

If there are too many risks, I will wait for them to come back to UK and then go for ILR together.

Thanks in advance
SSK.

You cannot apply for ILR from outside of the country.

Thanks Kiran.

Do you know if the 180day rule for ILR is applicable for dependents also.

Thanks
