Can you someone explain, Can refund / cancel PEO appointment without losing £100 fee either PEO appointment date (25 June) or Booking Date (15 May) ?

UKBA wordings... see below

We will only refund your appointment fee(s) if you cancel your appointment with more than 5 working days' notice.

If you reschedule your appointment with less than 5 working day's notice you will not be able to transfer the payment of your appointment fee.
