ILR, Dependant and Job !?

Can the dependent of a PBS visa holder (Tier 1 G) who has completed 5 years in the UK with the main applicant apply for ILR at the same time as the main applicant if such a dependent is out of work or doesn't have paid job prior to applying for their ILR ?
Please advise

There's no requirement for
dependants to work.

Many thanks for your reply. I was just wondering whether this situation (unemployed dependent and Tenant) has an affect on ILR application when evaluating your home and finances ( section 5 of the form).
Please advise
