Thanks Amber. I am confused about:

1- Property Inspection Report. In what circumstances do I need to provide that.

2- I am living at a different address right now. All my bank statements and even my wife's TB test has my current address. We are going to move to a new address when she arrives in the UK. So can I make a agreement with the new Landlord now starting stating we will move to this new property on 1st July 2013 and submit it with the visa application which we are going to do in two weeks? Though address on all my supporting documents will be my current address?

Did you read the guidance? Where it mentions property inspection report is an example of what is acceptable, so are tenancy agreements.

Yes I did. So that means Tenancy Agreement will suffice, no need for Housing Inspection report?

Could you please take time to answer my 2nd question as well.
