Hi,

Can anyone advice me on Housing Inspection Report required for Spouse Settlement Visa. I am currently renting a flat. Do I need to produce this report as well?

Thanks

Thanks for your reply. So in which case they have to submit that report?

It is unnecessary document. For immigration matters usually tenancy agreement is the relevant document for proof of address reason.

Ok here is the situation. I am renting a flat with 3 rooms. 2 are occupied by 2 other people who are not part of the family. Do I need to submit Housing Inspection Report?

It would be better if you did as I don't think you will have sufficient know-how on the best way to present evidence that the accommodation meets the requirements.

Do you know where Can i get one? Or do you have any template? Apparently I can do it myself rather than paying £100 for that.

Also I have a question for you if you can help please. All my supporting documents(Bank statements, employer letter etc) and even my wife's TB test as my current address stated on it. However I am going to move out of this property just before she arrives to the UK. I have found a property already. Can I provide tenancy agreement for the new property (in which I have not moved in yet and when all my documents don't have that address mentioned on them) ?
