Hello everyone,

My appointment will be on 6th June at Solihull for ILR on basis of 5 year Tier 1 general (for myself and wife, for my uk born kid i will apply for neutralization hopefully). my case is very simple as i am working with same employer from last 8 years and i have all the required docs except cohabitation docs for my wife.

My wife join me in may 2009 as tier1 general dependant, now she is in this country for about 4 years but i don't have her prove of addresses for 2 continuous years. this is happened due to my unaware of the required rules and also my laziness. i have only two documents for joint names 1. birth certificate for my kid dated march 2010. 2. credit card statement for last 3 months (i don't know if they accept credit card statements)

In simple words i have documents in my wife's name from May 2009 to Dec 2010 and from May 2012 til now but i don't have any prove from Jan 2011 till Apr 2012. in short i can prove 2 years docs but not 2 continuous years. please advise me what should i do in this case, if she will be not eligible for ILR what other option we have.

In last 5 years i had about two 30 days of unpaid leave on two different occasions to back home , will this make any problem if my employer show this time off as unpaid leave. or its better if i don't include employer letter and show self written letter instead.

i hope you will help me with your valuable advice. if someone share his successful story in condition like me it will be much appreciated.

Thank you

Hi,

Can u plz let me know if u managed to get ILR with dependent in solihull becoz while booking online apt, there are slots only for main applicant, not with dependant. I was wondering if Solihull accepts applications with dependant or not.

Thx
sonu

Yes I went with dependants and booked appt with dependants for Solihull. I granted ILR on same day with dependants.
