Reason for absence under section 6.2

Hi guys,
I'm a Tier-1 G holder applying for ILR. Here are my quick questions:
Under section 6.2 what 'reason for absence' should I write down if I went out of the country just for a holiday, short trip to Europe for example or back home to visit my family etc. Should I just write "Personal holiday"? Do I need to write the places that I visited?
Secondly, as I'm a Tier-1 G holder I don't have to include documents to support my reasons for absence right?
