Hi All,

I'm in a dilemma. Not sure to apply for ILR using the LR or Set O forms?

My background:

1. Been in the UK since August 2000
2. Away for six months from Feb - July 2001 (6 months)
3. Permit free training since August 2000 - April 2006
4. Work Permit from April 2006 - August 2007
5. HSMP from August 2007 - August 2009
6. A brief hiatus from August 2009 - June 2010 with a consequent successful Judicial Review in February 2010
7. HSMP from June 2010 - June 2013

Looking forward to your advice and support.

Many thanks.

I am leaning towards applying for ILR under the 5 year category. Any thoughts or advice from anyone please?

Many thanks in advance.

ILR SET(O) would be better as it will require less time to process (and less gotchas for the CW to reject), can be done at a PEO and less paperwork too
