Hi Friends,

I got my ILR due on Thursday.While filling my application i got following doubts,anyone please help to me what to fill out for below


SECTION 6 - IMMIGRATION HISTORY
6.3 What evidence has been provided to support the reasons for all absences from the UK?

which option i need to choose? as i dont have employer letter, i can't get one they are giving such references

S E C T I O N 7 - P E R S O N A L H I S T O R Y
7.12. Please state what ties you have with;
• The country where you were born
• Any other country whose nationality you hold
• Any country where you have lived for more than 5 years

Do i need to fill anything for this?


S E C T I O N 1 1 - D O C U M E N T S

I am applying as Tier 1 General applicant and i was on workpermit first 2 years of my 5 year term.Do i need to fill 11B ?

The SET O form is self explanatory you should not be having any issues in filling it.

6.3 Absences from UK. If your absences are not excessive then a personal Note should be fine. Are they paid or not paid? Why your Employer is not willing to give a letter?

7.12 Has to be filled by all applicants

11B is only for W.P applicants who have spent 5 continuous years in the UK
