Hi,
I am applying in August.i am on tier 1 (G) visa,I have visa for 3 years.what kind of documents I need to submit with my application .i recently change my address and my doctor is still the one near to my old address .i have my all passport ,please help me

if I have my all passport still need to submit council tax, NI , doctor letter

All the passports you have held during this time.
If you cannot provide them all, you must
provide the passports you have together with any Home Office letter(s) or other document(s)
granting you leave to enter and/or remain in the UK. You should also provide documents of the
type listed below to show that you were continuously resident in the UK during any periods for
which you are unable to provide a passport
