I am applying for my 10 years ILR end of June 2013. I have been on 8 yrs

Student Visa and 2 yrs Post-Study.

1. Do i need to do ESOL English Test as well as Life in UK test?

2. Is Passing Life in UK Test Enough proof of knowledge of English?

3. I have got two passports that cover the 10 years as well as the I.D

Card, do i still need to provide other documents eg. Doctors letter,

Council tax bills, proof of address for the 10 years.

Thanks and hoping to get some replies.

KOLL (knowledge of language and life requirement) is satisfied (at the moment) with a pass of the Life in the UK test.

Your passport should suffice as long as there are no breaks to raise issues.

Hello,

My wife is planning to apply for ILR on Oct 15th , because she qualifies for application on Oct 15th. Is Life in UK test sufficient for meeting the English language criteria?

Many Thanks
