WP to ILR sept 2013 - How many months pay slips required?

Hello All,
I am on work permit and will be eligible to apply for ILR in August 2013.
My salary is less than SOC limit and my employer agreed to increase to suit SOC but only from July as it mentioned that applicant should earn at the time of application. My question is how many months pay slips and bank statement I should show to CW?
If CW asks for 3 months I will be in trouble !
Regards

It all depends on the CW and the PEO you go to. Ideally you should carry 12 Months payslips and 12 Months Bank statements. Solihull PEO CW asked me for the Last payslip ( April'13). 2 weeks later CW has asked for 3 Months Payslips from some one. It's difficult to predict what the CW will ask you.

Hello Gurus,
I want to know which document to produce for
"Document(s) confirming that you have spent a continuous period of 5 years in the UK"?
I am on work permit since 2008. My salary has been increased last month to suit SOC so I don't want to produce P60s as it will show my previous salary.
Is there any alternative to P60s or can I show P60s?
Thanks

No problem in showing P60s if your salary was equal to / more than what was stated in your WP authorisation.

you could get your employer to confirm that you've been on a work permit since you joined them (for the the last five years) ... that's what I did anyway.

Thanks sushdmehta and adour812.
My WP letter from homeoffice doesnt show any salary when it was granted in 2008. It shows my name and company name only. Any problem with this?
