Question about the payslip for ILR

I am planning to apply for ILR on 5th August 2013 and there is a specific requirement to produce payslip which states as below in Quotes . I am applying under Tier1 General

"This must be the most recent payslip. It must
be dated no earlier than one calendar month before
the date of the application. It should either be an
original payslip or on company-headed paper. If the
payslip is not on headed paper or is a printout of an
online payslip, you must provide a letter from your
sponsor, confirming the payslip is authentic. The letter
from the sponsor must be on company headed paper,
and must be signed by a senior official"
I may not able to get my July 2013 payslip signed and sealed by my employer since the payslip will be generated only on 31st of July and the possibility of getting them signed and sealed by post may not possible before 5th August 2013. Also, the same with my bank statement.

Will that be acceptable if I can submit the payslip and bank statements for the period of 12 months ends till June.?

Isn't this requirement only applies to Tier 2 ILR? Hope other people will clarify.

I found the application Form from the link below:
http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... l-form.pdf

I did a search on the 'most recent payslip' but did not find anything?

Am I missing something here?

Ok, I did a bit research on this issue as it has been raised several times:

On TIER 1 (G) ILR "IMMIGRATION DIRECTORATE INSTRUCTIONS"
http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... iew=Binary

Page 34

Below is the detailed explanation about paylips:

" For a salaried employee, formal payslips or on company headed paper. If the payslips
are not provided on company headed paper or they receive their payslips on line, the
payslips should be stamped and signed by the employer or alternatively a letter should
be provided on the employer’s company headed paper confirming the applicant’s
earnings both at the time of their application for further leave to remain and now."

There is no mention of either 12 month payslips or payslips being the most recent 12 months.

On Tier 2 Guide http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... iew=Binary

Page 13.

This is the texts about 12 month payslips.

"1. Payslip
This must be the most recent payslip and it must be dated no earlier than one calendar month before the date of the application.
This should either be an original payslip or on company-headed"

Hope this will make things clear or some one can point out if I completely missed the point.
