Subject Access Request

Hi all,
I've requested my visa history for the last five years, and I received a letter showing that UKBA received my request on 10 April. Since then, I've heard nothing form them even though they mentioned that they would deal with my request within 40 days.
Now I am wondering if I could enquiry regarding the progress of my request.

After 40 days we can enquire them with our reference number.
it could be lost somewhere so please do ask asap.

I am in a similar situation- they received my request on 13 April, and I am still waiting. Some people on this forum waited for 3 months (or more!)

Please follow it up with the Reference No.Other wise nothing will happen from that end. I received Mine in 55 days.

I have been looking for their contact, but I still don't know where I should contact.
