ILR Checklist for Tier 1 after April 30 2013

HI Everyone !
I am sure this questions may have been answered, but I am unable to find a definite link with the latest updates.
I am contracting through my own limited company. I am on Tier 1 and my wife on Tier 1 Dependant. I landed in UK on 28th May, 2008.
I have taken an appointment on 1st July.
I am looking for a complete checklist for all the documents which I need to carry with myself.
Has anyone applied for an ILR who has been on Tier -1 after the recent rule change in April 30 2013 ?
