Hi there, As in my previous post i have mentioned that I' ve got my ILR on the basis of long residence. My time line is
Applied on 12/12/12
Biometric. Feb 2013
Docs recvd 6/06/13

Query?
My dependants (wife & my son) the came to UK in April 2005 as a student dependant. They remain as student dependant for 7 years ( upto June 2012). After june 2012 as I got psw so they are from then as psw dependant.
Now they are here for a period of 8 & 1/2 yrs.
CAN I APPLY USING FORM SET(O)? or WHICH FORM IS BEST SUITABLE FOR THIS CASE?

I've got the same situation could you please advise what route you've took in the end.
I am tier 1 general. and my wife is tier 1 general dependant(already completed 4 years) and me got ILR on long residency.
