ILR requirements

My case
Tier 2 ICT : July 2010 - May 2013.
switched to Tier2 general on May 2013, valid till June 2016.
Please let me know if I am eligible for ILR on completion of 5 years, ie on June 2015.
If not, is it possible to extent my Tier2 General, for another 3 more years, ie till 2019, and apply for a ILR in 2018.
Also please let me know if I change my employer in Tier2 general, do i need to chnage the visa for my dependends?
