ILR - Dependent visa

Greetings!
I have been wondering to apply for ILR in a couple of months as I already completed 5 years in the UK. My wife has not completed 2 years in this country on my current Tier1 G dependent visa. What visa should I apply for her if I got ILR, FLR(M) or SET(M)? If I got another Tier 1 G Extension, what visa should I apply then?

I assume your wife was a PBS dep applicant prior to July 2012. If so as you're settling as a PBS she can extend her PBS dep until she has qualified for settlement on form set(o) - 2 years. If under the new rules qualifying time is 5 years.

Yes, she got her PBS dependent in April 2012 and traveled to the UK then. I guess if we want to apply visa together (mine ILR and her's PBS dependent), they have to be two different applications. What is the form she has to use to extend her PBS dependent visa?

She would not need an extension if her current visa expires after she completes 2 years. If so she'd just wait and apply set(o) if current leave expires before 2 years is qualified then she'll have to extend.

She will not complete 2 years before her visa expires. And also as she got her visa in April 2012, so she should be able to extend her stay by renewing her Tier 1 G dependent, even after I got ILR!! This is really weird!
