Hi guys
Pls help me.
I was in psw visa, when I applied for in 2008 applied around feb 2008 for Teir 1 and got visa on 10/09/2008.
Visa valid date: 03/09/2008,
Visa expiry date: 21/08/2011.
I was given 12 days less for my 3 years.

I applied for extension
The extension was valid from 22/08/2011 to 20/08/2013.

I am confused now, since I was incountry applicant originally, should I assume my five years begin from 22/08/2008.
May be start booking my PEO appontment now or should I wait until end of June to book my appointment after 5th of August.
Appreciate your feedback.

Since you were tier 1 incountry applicant and therefore, you need to count 4 years 11 months and 2 days from visa issuance/start date i.e 03/09/2008 for applying ILR.

Thanks for your reply. But is it not it's ukba error they gave me less 12 days. In their website they say They will give 3 yrs and 2 yrs, but in my case they havnt is in it.

But they allow an application can be sent 28 days earlier to the 5th anniversary. Best of luck.
