Thanks in advance for the ones who reply back to my request.

Currently I am in HSMP Tier 1 (General) and my ILR is due in end of July 2013. At present i am working in a temporary position(daily rate) and taking the salary and dividends from a known Ltd company.

In the Ltd company with me there are few more guys who are running the salary and dividends like me.

My query here is whether I can consider my case as a self-employe or shareholder? and what kind of documents I need to supply to home office

If any one has the same scenario or know the relevant information, Please help me.

technically you are employed since you are drawing salary from your limited company structure...Applicant with LTD company need to show more documents then employed on permanent basis...
