Form for ILR Set(O)

Hi there,
Me and wife got the ILR through the Tier 1 route in PEO at that time i didnot appled for you my son due to some personal reason now i want to apply his ILR in post , let me know which form should i use, as i have to use the same Set(O) for my son or some different form. My son is also having the same status as a PBS dependent.
Pls. let me know.

Was your son born in the UK?

Was your son born in the UK?
No He was on the PBS Dependent tier 1 visa, as we left him for the ILR as his passport was expired and we reailized just before 2 days, now we got his passport and have to apply for his ILR. hope that answer your question
