WP-Tier2-ILR - Which documents are required for Dependent?

Hi, I will be applying for ILR soon ( WP-Tier 2 ICT ) and in the process of preparing my application. I am planning to apply along with my wife if it fits the ukba requirements .
She initially entered UK in Mar 2009 as dependent and has had furthur reapplied a dependent visa in 2010 ( 2 months after expiry of previous visa ) and extended in 2012 with leave until 2014. ( Her Total Days away from UK while on dependent visa is less than 180 days since 2009 ).
IS she eligible to apply ILR along with me in same application ? If so, Could you please let me know which documents are required for my wife during aplication?
