Hello Gurus,

Need some guidance and confirmation on the total number of years spent in UK that is required to qualify for ILR

I entered UK on 26/06/2008 and I have booked to go for a PEO appointment on 01/07
The date on which the original Tier-2 was granted was 12/05/2008

I have not stayed outside UK for a period of 180 days in the 5 years period.

DO you see any issue in my going ahead with the PEO appointment on 01/07 ?

Please advise.

Thanks
Vijay.

In your case your 5 year period starts from 12/5/2008. So you have qualified on 12/5/2013. Your PEO date is fine assuming you have a valid leave to remain on that day, or one has not expired before 28 days prior to that. This is barring any information you have not disclosed above.
