ILR based on salary from another country

I have an ILR due based on HSMP 5 yrs. I have 11 months earning in UK and 1 month in another country to meet the criteria. Can I apply for ILR. Do i get 5 points for UK Experience.

there is no simple answer for your question. you need to give more information. Have you used 'points calculator' to see you get enough points when you combine uk salary+overseas salary?? Have you seen theUK experience threshold income for your category??

Thank you for your reply,

Yes I have used points calculator to combine UK salary + Overseas salary and using UK experience threshold income of 20k to claim 15 points plus 5 points for UK experience. is this fine.

Agian... how much UK salary do you need to show for your category to claim points for UK experience? (for exampl e for some who got his tier 1 general in 2008, should get ateast 16k in the UK to claim points for UK experience)
