ILR : Absence Letter from Previous Contractual Employment

Hi,
I am going to apply ILR next month. In my first employment I was a contractor under an Umbrella Company for 2 years. I was paid based on daily rate. Obviously I was not paid for days when I was out of the UK for personal work (Holiday/family visit ) . Will it be unpaid leave ?
Also do I need absence letter from my Contractor Umbrella company as well ?
