Hi guys,
I am planning to apply for my ILR as I have completed my 10 year stay. However my current visa expires at the end of December. Does this meant I have to wait until my visa is about to expire, or can I apply NOW?
An answer would be much appreciated,
Kara

You can apply from 28 days before your 10 years is up.

Hello AMber, please need help with 10 years long residency route. I have all my passports with visas stamps and BRP. but in set lr they ask for supporting documents that shows 10 years residency and i don't have them for all 10 years. Please advised what documents i need to submit beside passports and brp.

You don't need extra documents if your passport(s) cover the 10 year period.

Thanks AMBER.Please guide again..
In 10 years long residency route do you need to show your most last Visa progress eg,if you completed 10 years during your current visa on any Tier.1.2.3. so do you need to show any proof of your current visa progress like your job, business or earning requirements? (like when need at the time of extension)
Thanks

You just have to show you've been legally resident for 10 years. Thus, passport(s).

Thanks Amber for your reply, One more question, see I have my wife as dependent here, when applying for ILR under 10 years long residency, do i need to show income of £18600 for my wife extention(under new rules she cannot get ILR straight way so will need to wait for 5 years)?

thanks for your reply. so i assume, i will have to show my income(£18600) three times,
1. At the point when i will get ILR, to switch my PBS dependent to ILR dependent
2. At her first extention as ILR dependent.
3. At her ILR application.
Please correct me if i understood it wrong

Yes or unless she reaches 10 years for SET(LR) in the interim period.
