July 2013 Allocation Meeting for Restricted COS

Hi All,
As per my employer,July 2013 Allocation Meeting for Restricted COS should be happen on 11th July.
But on 11th July, my employer didnot received anything from there.
Can someone tell me when they communicate with sponsor regarding this.
