I guess this is the only option for any ILR applicant.

Do we require to use the PBS calculator used for Tier 1 Extension should used for ILR as well? If so, what would be the answer for fund maintenance section ? Appreciated if some one could help clarify on this.?

Yes it is the same calculator for Tier1, Tier1 extension and ILR.

If you press help on each points page, it will exactly tell you what you have to do if you are applying for ILR. And to your question about fund maintenance page, it tells you to pick NO if you are applying for Settlement (check it out on your own :P).
So you will only have to look at the points for attributes and not for funds maintenance/language.

p.s: when you select No for funds, the final results will tell you that you dont have enough points. Ignore this, just look at the points for Attributes.

You can also select 'yes' to funds maintenance to avoid any default error in using this online calculator. So no matter whatever you select (yes or no), you only need to consider the attributes table at the end.

hope that helps
