Hi All,

For ILR do I need to show address proof (council tax) for all 5 years of stay in UK ?

In the first year for about 6 months, I was staying with my friend and hence do not have any address proof /council tax letter for this period.

Is address proof for all 5 years is mandatory ? If yes, what options do I have.

I am staying with my friends even now and I don't have address proof aswell. No need to show address proofs for all five years, especally for tier 1, but I don't see why that wont apply for other visas aswell. (well as long as things like cohabitation, etc)

there is no such requirement to show 5 years documents for ILR.
