hi,
i need some information about applying for ILR; kindly assist me if i can qualify for ILR.
i was granted student visa on March 2005 and i came to UK as a student in March 2005;
then i continued as a student in UK the following years 2006, 2007,2008.
the applied for PSW visa and granted PSW from 2009 to 2010.
then switched to student visa until 2011
after i got married in 2011 i applied for spouse visa and granted spouse visa;
spouse/partner valid until 2014
now if i apply for student visa again in 2014 and if granted a student visa till March 2015 will i be illegible to apply for ILR;
because since March 2005 till March 2015, i will be legally living in UK for 10 years. but switching visas in the UK.
kindly assist me regarding ILR
thanking you

i been in UK as a student since March 2005. and legally stayed as a student including PSW till 2011. got married in 2011 with British Citizen and granted FLR(M) till Jan 2014.
now after after 18 months of FLR(M) visa she is asking for divorce; i done everything to convince her but she is still demanding for divorce.
if i stay legally in UK till March 2015 i can apply for ILR because of legal stay in UK for 10 years will apply;
but my question is if i can not stay legally in UK until March 2015 to complete 10 years so what are the other options to apply for ILR or how i can obtain 15 month visa to stay in UK to complete my 10 years.
i will really appreciate your help at this stage.
thanks
