Hi All,

My wifey came over in Aug 2011 as my spouse, im a UK national, and its time to apply for ILR using SETM.

Just after some more quick advice, ive got an appointment with Nottingham council for the SCS soon, and im just looking to clarify the following documents will be enough?

Wifey entered as my spouse in August 2011. The documents spaced out over 2 years are as follows

August 2011 - Wifey Medical Card & and a credit card statement/payslip from me

January 2012 - Wifey Doctor Letter, and my Payslip/credit card statement

March 2012 - Joint bank statement

July 2012 - Joint Bank statement

Feb 2012 - AA Home insurance policy - Joint names.

July 2013 - EDF Gas/elec bill - Joint names.

Will this be ok? I will also enclose 6 months of bank statements and pay slips to show earnings and a birthcertificate of my daughter who was born to us in August last year, for good measure.

Im struggling for additional letter as my brother spent 8 months in hospital from July 2012 to march 2013, at which point he died, we spent every single day with him and all personal organisation went out of the window. But I think reading around here we should be ok.

Any advise greatfully recieved

Try and pop in another joint bank statement between July 2012 and February 2013, you can request one from the bank if necessary, as you'll also have the last 3 months wage slips and corresponding bank statements that should be ok. The SCS will sort you out.
