Hi Gurus,

Can you please adivce on the following,

I got the ILR in Jan 2013, however my wife came to UK in 2 Dec 2011 hence she did not complete the 2 years with me in the UK at the time I applied for my ILR, so I had to extend her visa on PBS for 3 years. but now she will be completing 2 years in Dec 2013.

So first thing I am wondering which form she will be using for settlement, gone through many forums and topics but yet not cleared, too many things have been said about it.

Secondly, what will be requirement for the documents, becasue since I had the ILR I started taking the child benefits for my son, so will that effect my wife application for ILR ?

I changed my employement, so I dont know if my previous employer will verify for my previous online payslips for my wife visa? what will happen in this case ?

Do I need to show any maintenance fund prior to make an application for my wife (e.g balance for last 3 months )

Do I need a council tax as well ? I dont have one becasue I have been living with my in laws and they pay it.

Last but not least, how to proof my wife and I have been living together since I dont have anything shared except my statement and her statement comes on the same address.

I would really appreciate any effort to answer these queries and even if a little effort would definetly help.

Set(o) as you qualified for settlement as a PBS applicant.

You just need the last 3 months wage slips and corresponding bank statements.

From when your wife was last granted an extension you need to show cohabitation proof, those bank statements should suffice if you're both in the same address, try and spread the dates evenly.

A letter from the in laws saying you can both live in the property will also be good.

Claiming the child benefit in your name is fine, tax credits should be joint.

The only thing I am concerned, as you said these are the requirement, can you please provide me the link through home office website regarding the statements you have mentioned above.

I know I am asking a alot, but seriously there is only one thing left in my mind which is really bothering me and that is sufficient funds requirement for last three months prior to make an application,

can you please clarify this if there is any funds requirement for spouse ILR for last three months ? please include the home office reference if possible.
