Hi,
I'm filling my forms for the ILR using the SET(O) form. I'm a bit concerned about the section 9 where the points are being calculated for the points based visa. As I never used the points based visa, do I still need to fill this part of the form? I got a work permit in 2008 and this was extended in 2010 and in March I resumed with another employer on Tier 2 General. Your response will be quite useful.

Why would you fill that section at the first place if you are not on tier 1 ?

The section 9 has almost over 20 pages and I was wondering if it has any relevance to my application at all. I'll leave them blank and jump to section 10.

I have similar doubt for Tier-2 category which falls under PBS, do they also need to skip section 9 ??
