I got the work permit in June 2008 and then switched to Tier 1 in Juanuary 2009. My ILR is due in June 2013. I have two questions please:

1) I have started filling in the application form SET (O) but when going through the application form SET(O) at page 9 section3, I didn’t find an option to select which one suits me.

2) What proof will I need to submit to support the work permit period?

Any other advice or direction will be greatly appreciated.

I am supporting the following

1. P60s
2. Salary slips ( 5 years ) ((optional, only will give if they ask))
3. HMRC letters.
7. HMRC tax statement (optional, only will give if they ask)

But please check with senior members as well.

5 years of payslip? I don't have that. I am on Teir 1 only claiming 6 months of work permit visa issued in 25/06/2008.
