Hi

Its long history to tell my immigration. Shortly I try to explain. I came this country in a year july 2002. In a year july 4, 2004.i back to my country with my valid leave.my visa was till july 24 2004. I applied again from my country july 8th 2004 for student visa entry clearence. After 10 years last year july 2012 I applied for ILR but they refused my visa because of chain break during year july 2004.

I just wonder cause I left this country with valid visa and applied from my back country before myt visa expired?

My question is that true my chain of 10 years broken?
If not how can I show them immigration rules where explain properly my situation ?

They are mistaken, if you came back to the UK within six months, etc.

Do you mean you left in July 2003 and returned in July 2004? If so what was this leave for?

No. I left from uk july 4 2004.my visa was till july 24 2004. But I am re apply for entry clearence student visa 8th july 2004 from india.
