ILR for wife and documents to support LTD company

Hi all,
Thanks in advance for your help.
I now seem to have everything in order for my wives ILR application in October, the only area I am not sure on is the documents we need to show for her earnings / our ltd company.
Basically we started our own company in November 2012 - as I am full time employed elsewhere my wife and our partner run the business and I am a silent partner.
We work as an agent for one of my previous employers and therefore only earn commission - we do not sell anything and are currently not VAT registered, due to the nature of our business.
For the first few months we only paid dividends, but once we got a more steady income we also started to page wages to my wife and our partner.
What documents will we need to support this? As we are a small company our accountant has said we do not need to issue Dividend vouchers for example -
We have the bank statements showing the dividneds leaving our company account and going to my wife, plus the same for her wages and also wage slips for the few months she has been employed by the company.
As this is her first job we do not have any P45 / P60s and as our company is new we have not had to register anything with HMRC in terms of tax etc yet so do not have these documents.
Your help on what we need to show would be greatly appreciated.
