Hi,

I am on Tier-2 visa and want to apply for ILR this month. My wife has not yet cleared the test yet which is a requirement for ILR and I need ILR visa asap. Can my wife remain in UK on my current tier -2 's dependent visa or do I need to apply for her dependent visa again if I get ILR visa.

Looking forward to your reply.

She can remain on her visa providing its valid. Can she not just read the book repeatedly and sit the test?

hi,

sorry to bother again, my wife is on dependent visa on my Tier-2 and it runs until 2016. I'm applying for my ILR in few weeks and intend to apply ILR for my wife once I get it. Can you let me know if my wife's dependent visa on my existing Tier-2 is invalid once I get ILR in couple of weeks?

Thanks

Hi,

I'm going to apply ILR for my wife and daughter by post. Do I need to send my passport and BRP both with the application or just the BRP?

Thanks
