Just discovered this great forum. You guys are awesome. Hope to get massive help from you all:
1st Tier-1 issue: 6th Sep 2008
1st UK entry: 29th September 2008
ILR Appointment: 22 August 2013
Just to check with you experts if this is a valid date for applying ILR? (As I was under the impression that I can apply 28 days before 6th September, as I entered within 3 months of visa issue)
