Dear Members,

I am new on this forum, have a question about cohabitation documents.
I am on Tier 1 General visa, just had an extension for 2 years and looking forward to apply ILR in 2015 insha Allah.
What do i need under my name and how many documents like letters, bill etc does my wife need?

As per my experience

Minimum you required 6 letters on approx 4 months gap with three different source. If they are on joint name then perfect otherwise for same period have letters on your and your wife name.

I will suggest to include your wife name in utility bills and tenancy agreements.

The only difference is that with set(m) cohabitation proof must cover the 2 year period but with set(o) it is from the last extension, up to a maximum of 2 years, in the OP's case it will be 2 years.

Thanks for your reply,
My wife and me, we have HSBC joint back account, she got lloyds TSB bank accout, lloyds TSB Credit card, TV Licence.
But received a letter from Birmingham city council about electrol registration confirmation, she received a letter from hospital about appointment confirmation.

I have sole bank account and joint with my wife, orange bill, littlwoods account statement if i buy any item.

All these would be enough?

Documents for my wife, repeat every month like bank statement, credit card statement, tv licence. Will that be OK?

Assuming you will be applying for settlement as a PBS migrant, see also FAQs for ILR - WP/Tier 2/HSMP/Tier 1 - Read before posting.
Q19 addresses your query.
