Urgent ILR query : Maintenance margin

Hi guys,
need your help on few questions
1) i am due for ILR start of end of Jan and converting my Tier1 - do i need to show any maintenance margin
2) my wife came as a dependant from 1/2/2013 - obviously she wont be eligible for ILR now - what category or form should she be filing her visa.. Also do i need to show the maintenance margin for her? also does it matter if maintenance margin is maintained in my account or does it need to be shown in her own account?
