ILR for Tier 1 (g) dependant

Hi,
i booked my PEO appointment for 23 Sept 13, i came to uk on 30 Nov 2008 and My wife join me in Aug 2009 as Tier 1 (G) dependent, now i want to apply for ILR for myself and my wife by using Set(O) form. My wife is here with me for past 4 years,
I just want clarification that can my wife apply with me or she has to wait for 5 years for ILR?
I kindly request from Senior persons to help me on this question.
